Moloney O’Dea offers a unique framework for the support, training and development of people. Recent research and academia suggests both environment and context play a bigger role in the productivity and success outcomes of counselling and training, than previously believed. Thus, our associates are not just qualified counsellors, but experienced commercial trainers. These people are either members of or accredited by, the British Association of Counselling &Psychotherapy. This combination allows Moloney O’Dea to offer a framework in which service provision results in maximum developmental outcomes for the customer.
Our philosophy is to combine the needs of the enterprise, with the needs of the individual and our services are outcome driven, for example, improving staff performance, increasing productivity and profit, reducing stress and sickness absence, increasing competitive advantage or resolving interdepartmental conflict.
